Stump Grinding

There are several reasons to get rid of tree stumps from your yard. Stumps can be tripping hazards, they can attract unwanted insects and be the perfect home for them to thrive, stumps get in the way when mowing the lawn, and finally getting rid of the stump opens the space is for a new landscaping design.

 Stump grinding uses a high horsepower a specialized machine with a rotating saw to grind a stump below the ground. We grind to approximately 6-12" beow grade.This will leave a hole behind where the tree was, but the wood chips made by the machine can be used to fill in the hole or for mulching in your landscape.

 Stump grinding is a messy and dangerous job. While you can rent equipment and make it a DIY project, we recommend you leave it to the professionals.  We are trained and our equipment is kept in good condition. We are also fully-insured.
